Log-in warehouse requirements

Shipping Instructions & Requirements

Please contact your sales representative or customer service before shipping to ensure smooth warehouse entry.

Please read the following carefully before shipping your cargo to ensure smooth processing.


1. Customs Declaration & Tax Refund

Please confirm whether your shipment requires customs declaration and tax refund.


2. Receiver Information in Malaysia or Philippines

Provide the consignee details (name / company name / delivery address / contact number) and clearly affix them to the surface of the shipment.

For shipments to Manila only: Affix the customer code only.


3. Packing List Submission

Submit an electronic version of the packing list, including: 

Consignee name, contact number, and delivery address

Product name, quantity, usage, material, and HS code


4. Shipment Tracking Information

Provide the logistics tracking number / courier tracking number / delivery truck license plate number, driver’s contact number, and expected arrival date.


5. Product & Outer Packaging Photos

Submit photos of the products and the outer packaging.


6. Warehouse Address & Delivery Notice

Warehouse Address:

Room 1703A, Building B, Wanguocheng, No. 9 Pinglang Road, Nanwan Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen

Important: Please call us before delivery.


7. Warehouse Receiving Hours


Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (excluding public holidays and special circumstances).

8. Unacceptable Shipments

To ensure the safety of all customer shipments, we do not accept cargo that is:

Without carton markings

Without a packing list

Without proper packaging
