Service Process:
1. Booking
Based on the shipper's booking order, JDD Logistics books cargo space with the airline and confirms flight details and relevant information.
2. Cargo Pick-up & Delivery
Shipper delivers cargo by themselves: We provide the shipper with a warehouse entry guide, including contact person, phone number, delivery address, and time to ensure accurate and timely warehousing.
JDD arranges door-to-door pick-up: The customer provides us with the specific pick-up address, contact person, phone number, and time to ensure timely cargo receipt and warehousing.
3. Weighing & Documentation at Airport Cargo Terminal
We generate an invoice for the customer based on the bill of lading data.
4. Customs Clearance
The customer provides complete customs clearance documentation, and JDD handles customs clearance on their behalf.
5. Loading & Departure
Cargo is loaded onto the aircraft and takes off.
